Let’s Build

Monday, December 1, 2025

To Our Members & Leaders Everywhere,

On March 18, 1995, two words via fax changed the trajectory of sports history. Today, I borrow that sentiment—not for a game, but for a Kingdom assignment.

My return to the Chairmanship is not merely a resumption of duties; it is a recommitment to a vision greater than any one individual.

Before we look forward, we must honor the strength that sustained us. I owe a profound debt of gratitude to Vice Chairman Manolito J. Norman, who served as Acting Chairman, and General Secretary Lloyd T. Alston, who stepped up as Acting Vice Chairman. To them—and to the entire Board of Governors—thank you for granting me the space to step away for 77 days and focus on restoration

Now, let me clear the air regarding a misconception that has lingered too long. There is a narrative that this organization is “mine.” Let me be crystal clear: It is not. I do not own the National Kingdom Builders Association. I do not rule by fiat. I do not make decisions in a vacuum, and by design I am not allowed to do so. This is not a kingdom of one; it is an alliance of many. We move as one body, or we do not move at all.

I’m returning with a renewed mission: to modernize, optimize, and revolutionize how we connect and serve. The old playbooks have been sunset—business as usual has ceased.

I’m excited to announce the immediate development of Kingdom+, our state-of-the-art intranet experience—the digital heartbeat of our Association. This platform will deliver member benefits, partner links, exclusive discounts, and a growing digital library featuring Bible translations, commentaries, templates, sermon outlines, videos, hymnals, and more. Most importantly, Kingdom+ will introduce our own proprietary social media network. Kingdom+ isn’t just a portal—it’s a community engine.

Alongside this innovation, we’re launching three new strategic membership tiers: Growth, Fellowship, and Anchor. Why the change? Because generic engagement is over. With this tiered model, powered by Kingdom+, we’re moving toward a sophisticated, data-driven approach—offering personalized support, smarter resource allocation, and strategy-focused service. Detailed information about these tiers will be released later this week.

In addition, I am excited to announce the new home for all Association news and leadership insights: Kingdom Journal. Kingdom Journal is a retooled news center for the Association, where all previous news releases now reside. Future announcements will also be broken there first. Beyond news, Kingdom Journal features articles on ministry life, administration, management, and leadership motivation for today’s Christian leader. It is designed to be your go-to resource for thought leadership and practical guidance as we build together.

Finally, I am not here to maintain the status quo. I am here to shake the foundations so that we may build higher. Next week, I will present to the Board of Governors a series of seismic changes designed to strengthen our foundation, recalibrate our compass, and position this Association for our next era. This includes:

  • A hard look at our current governance structure
  • Infrastructure changes that increase accountability, transparency, and effectiveness
  • A proposed complete rebrand of the Association, including a new name, visual identity, and public posture

If approved, the rebrand—including a new name and renewed vision framing—will be announced during the State of the Association Address on January 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM CT.

To every member, partner, and friend of the National Kingdom Builders Association, Inc.:

  • Re-engage. Dust off your login, your ideas, your commitments.
  • Re-align. Bring your ministry, marketplace assignment, intercession, and generosity back into intentional agreement with this vision.
  • Recommit. Decide again that you will not simply “be on the roll,” but you will stand in your place and build.

The page has turned. The ball is back in our hands. The clock is running again. Again, to the Association, to every Kingdom builder across this nation and beyond—receive this as your official notice:

I’m back. Let’s Build.
